Creating peace for practice owners.

Medical Insurance Billing & Revenue Cycle Managementwith a whole practice perspective.

Mental Health • Chiropractic • Acupuncture • Massage Therapy

A thriving practice should not require you to carry the revenue cycle alone. Yet when claims stall, payer rules shift and no one can tell you clearly what happens next, the uncertainty follows you home.

What practice owners are carrying

Billing pressure affects far more than your bottom line.

You care for patients, lead your team and hold the weight of a practice—while unpaid claims, recurring denials and unanswered questions quietly drain your time, energy and financial stability.

  1. Revenue earned—but still out of reach

Unpaid, underpaid and aging claims quietly stack up while the money needed to support your practice remains somewhere in the payer system.

  2. Denials that keep finding their way back

Rejections, appeals and unanswered follow up pull time from the people who should be leading the practice and caring for patients.

  3. Payer rules that refuse to stay still

Changing requirements, unclear benefits and inconsistent answers leave you wondering what is correct—and what may have been missed.

  4. Numbers without the story behind them

A report can show a balance without telling you what is stuck, who owns the next step or whether anyone is following the trail.

  5. Patient balances that become harder conversations

Coverage surprises, delayed statements and unclear responsibility can create friction in relationships you have worked hard to build.

  6. The invisible work that drains what is left

The constant checking, remembering and wondering asks more of your mind and body long after the clinical work is done—while financial uncertainty quietly limits what the practice can become.

You should not have to become your own billing department to protect the practice you built.

You do not have to keep working this way.

Serenity brings visibility, accountability and steady stewardship to the financial life of your practice—so you can understand what is happening, know what comes next and return your attention to the people and purpose at the heart of your work and life.

See what steady support can change

The Serenity promise

Peace of mind does not come from always hearing yes.

It comes from knowing the truth—and knowing what happens next.

Medical insurance billing is fluid. Payer rules change. Every practice carries its own complexities. Serenity builds trust by asking the questions, following the trail, communicating honestly and finding the next workable path.

We do not promise to know everything. We promise to find out.

What steadiness sets in motion

Steady billing strengthensthe whole practice.

When the financial rhythm of your practice becomes clear and steady, something larger opens: the work feels lighter, your attention returns to what matters, and your life has room to breathe again. Serenity's commitment is to help create that peace in the present—and the freedom to shape a life that feels wholly your own.

  1. PeaceThe noise begins to settle.
  2. TrustYou know what is true.
  3. ConfidenceThe next step becomes clear.
  4. StabilityThe practice can breathe.
  5. FreedomLife opens around the work.

See if we're aligned

Visibility without vigilance

Handing off billing should not mean handing over visibility.

You should understand what is happening in your own revenue cycle without having to watch over the person responsible for it. Trust is earned through communication, consistency, organization and accountability.

Established payer experience

Some billing paths call forspecialized experience—becauseinsurance rarely keeps things simple.

  • Commercial insurance & out of network
  • Veterans Affairs & TriWest
  • Workers’ Compensation & Majoris
  • Auto & Personal Injury Protection

Visibility without vigilance

Boutique by design

The right relationshipcreates peace on both sides.

Serenity is intentionally built for a thoughtful number of mental health, chiropractic, acupuncture and massage therapy practices. Fit is not about perfection; it comes from each of us bringing our part, communicating openly and building something steady together.

Alignment is essential. From there, possibility opens.

The strongest partnerships are reciprocal: expectations are named, accountability is mutual and each person follows through on what belongs to them.

For Serenity, the clearest signs of alignment are:

  • A steady partnership built on trust—not supervision
  • Expertise met with honest communication and professional autonomy
  • Clear respect for agreed scope, roles and responsibilities
  • Engaged collaboration when practice insight or decisions are needed
  • Patient trust protected through secure, reliable access and systems
  • Clear, workable systems shaped together

A clear beginning

A thoughtful beginningcreates a steadier handoff.

  1. Fit and scope

We look at your practice, systems, payer mix, workflow, volume and the level of support you need.

  2. Clear proposal

Your package, responsibilities, pricing, onboarding needs and billing start date are documented before active work begins.

  3. Secure setup

Access and workflows are established using individual authorization, minimum necessary access and approved secure channels.

  4. Steady visibility

Billing is managed within scope, significant issues are surfaced and a concise monthly snapshot keeps you informed.

The reason beneath the work

Stability creates freedom.

Your practice should support the life you are building—not quietly take it over. Freedom can look like being fully present with the people you serve, stepping outside before the day is gone, or having time for family, rest and the parts of you that exist beyond work. Serenity brings steadiness to the financial life of your practice so you can carry less of it—and have more room for the life that matters to you.

Meet the owner

Taleah David, owner of Serenity Billing

Billing is what I do.People are why I do it.

Taleah David Owner + Medical Billing Specialist

I built Serenity to be the kind of support I believe practice owners deserve: honest, steady, capable—and deeply human.

I know your practice is not “just a business.” It is your calling, your livelihood and a life you have worked hard to build. It is also where people come to feel seen, supported and cared for. I carry that responsibility into every decision, every detail and every part of the work I do for you.

What I want you to feel is simple: you are not carrying billing alone. I will tell you the truth, follow the thread, keep showing up and care about the details because they affect something much bigger than a claim.

Stability creates freedom.

Common questions

Clear answers begin before the agreement.

Trust begins with a shared understanding of scope, responsibilities and what happens next.

What types of practices does Serenity support?

Serenity specializes in medical insurance billing for mental health, chiropractic, acupuncture and massage therapy practices. Fit also depends on your systems, payer mix, volume, workflows and the level of support you need.

Do you guarantee insurance payment?

No. Payer decisions, plan terms, patient information, documentation, coding and other factors affect reimbursement. Serenity provides careful billing and verification work, honest communication and a clear next step—not a payment guarantee.

Do you provide medical coding?

Serenity does not determine clinical codes from chart notes or make clinical coding decisions. The practice remains responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of the codes it supplies. Billing issues may be identified and addressed within the agreed scope.

Can you help with old or neglected insurance accounts receivable?

Yes, when the account is a good fit. Existing insurance accounts receivable aged 90 days or more is generally treated as a separately scoped Legacy Accounts Receivable recovery engagement. An initial assessment is part of onboarding.

How often are claims submitted?

Claims that are complete and ready for submission are processed on a regular weekly basis. Actual timing may be daily, several times weekly or weekly depending on volume, workflow, payer requirements, holidays and system availability.

Do you provide onsite support or front desk coverage?

No. Serenity is remote by design and does not provide general virtual assistant work, scheduling, front desk coverage, general phone answering or office management.

Do you work with Jane App?

Yes. Jane App transition, implementation, optimization and training services are available by scope. Serenity is an independent business and does not imply endorsement by or affiliation with Jane App unless formally established.
